We have been working as Sports Massage Therapists and treating clients with body therapies since 2007. By providing effective massage therapies including pain relief, stimulation of muscle activity, and general relaxation, we reduce stress and increase energy and productivity levels in our clients.
Options include having one full day per week (exact times can be flexible) where our team of therapists would be based in your offices to give neck, shoulder and back massage for 15 minutes (quick massage) to your employees. The number of therapists is dependent on how many employees are based at your company. Treatments can be adapted to the individualized needs of each person. We also offer treatments for events and special occasions like Wellbeing Week, Wellness Day and Christmas parties etc.
We organise Pilates classes for all levels and can adapt accordingly for your team. Please note that a minimum of 10 employees are required for a Pilates class. Each class runs for 45 minutes. Our Pilates classes help to increase flexibility, prevent the risk of body injuries, improve breathing and posture, and can reduce stress and anxiety.
Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) results from damage to muscles, nerves and tendons from repetitive motions over a period of time. RSI symptoms can include tenderness or pain in muscles and joints, tingling in the hands and arms, numbness and weakness. Activities that can lead to RSI include:
– Sitting at a desk
– Typing
– Training for sports
– Bad posture
I can advise your team on how to prevent RSI via several techniques including stretching, exercising and correcting posture.
